Which areas are entitled to free delivery
We offer free delivery to Hong Kong metropolitan areas. Free delivery service not included - Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Shek O, Stonecutters Island, Peng Chau, Sha Tau Kok, additional delivery fee will be added and no designated delivery time to these locations. Please refer to our shipping policy page.
Can you ensure that you hand over the flowers directly to my recipient?
As much as we would like to, we are not always able to. Should the recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, we will pass the flowers to a receptionist, colleague, family member, friend or security guard post. Sometimes, due to some security policies imposed by certain residences, office buildings, and companies our rider will not be allowed in but to call for the recipient to collect the flowers themselves.
Can you change the colour of the flowers for my order?
Yes, you can add remarks in the special request field on the checkout page and we will fulfill your request to the best of our ability. Please note that additional fees may be required in some cases. Unfortunately, we will not able to change the colour if your order has already been prepared or dispatched for delivery.
Do you accept orders through phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders through phone at the moment but we are exploring the possibility to do just that in the near future. In the meantime, kindly place your order via our website.
What is the Return and Cancellation Policy?
Because every single gift box is custom created, we do not accept returns and cancellations. Should there ever be a problem with your order, please send us an email and we will be sure to resolve it. Please make sure all order details are correct at time of ordering.
What will the final product look like? Can you send me a photo?
Yes, you can add a remark to request for a photo in the special request field on the checkout page. We will send you an email with a photo of your flower arrangement once it has been prepared. You may also get in touch with us via email (email@example.com) and our customer service team will be able to assist you. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill such requests if your order has already been dispatched for delivery.
How do I know if you have received my order?
You should receive an email confirmation within 10 minutes after placing your order. You can also check your junk/spam email folder to make sure the confirmation email is not identified as a spam email. If you still don’t see our email confirmation, please contact our customer service team.
How do I find out my Over the Moon gift box is delivered?
After your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email on the same day. If you wish to check the delivery status of your flowers, you can contact us on the day of its delivery.
Set a specific time delivery?
If a specific time is required e.g. exactly 8:00pm, there will be HKD$200 additional service charge. However, we do not deliver a specific time after 9:00pm.
Do you offer pick up?
We do not offer pick up at the moment. Please leave the hard work with us. We are working hard on looking for pick up locations which is convenient to you. Stay tuned.
How long will the flowers last?
With proper care, our flowers can last up to 3-5 days. We strongly advise you to place the flowers in a cooler location and keep out of direct sunlight. Please don’t place them directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators.

Flowers drink a lot of water!If water is replaced on a daily basis, do make sure that the floral water tube remains perfectly clean to prevent bacteria from spreading. If needed, re-cut the stems by removing 1/4 inch with sharp scissors at a 45 degree angle then place it back into the floral water tube.
